Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@maphytoys.com or +1-800-123-4567 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included with your return.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
