Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
